Q: What are the hours of a daily rental room? Is it flexible?

A: The hours for daily rental are generally 9:00-6:00 pm Monday-Friday.  If you’d like to use the room on a weekend day, we can make arrangements as well.

Q: The name is Quiet Spaces, but is it ACTUALLY quiet?

​

A: This is a professional business environment with renters who are respectful to noise in the office. Renters cannot hear the sounds from adjoining rooms.

​

Q: Is it possible to have a shared space with two people on the lease?

​

A: Yes, that is something that we are open to.

​

Q: I expect to be at the office later in the evening sometimes. Is it safe around the area?

​

A: Yes, the neighborhood is very safe. The parking lot is well lit at night and the police include the building in their regular patrol route. There have not been any incidents near or at our building in more than ten years.

​

Q: Is there ample seating in the lobby? If my client arrives early, I’d feel better knowing that they have a place to sit while they wait for me.

A: Yes, there is a waiting area with chairs for the clients.

​

Q: Is water/coffee provided or is that something I need to supply?

​

A: Water, coffee and tea are provided by Quiet Spaces.

Q: Does Quiet Spaces provide cleaning for the office?

​

A: Quiet Spaces provides cleaning for the common areas and restrooms on a weekly basis. The tenants are responsible for the cleaning of their individual offices, as well as cleaning up after themselves and their clients in the common areas.

Q: How much storage space is available for my things (in addition to my room rental)?

​

A: There are shelves and lockers available for monthly and yearly tenants.

​

Q: Whose responsibility is snow removal?

​

A: There is a snow removal service that keeps the parking lot and sidewalk clear.

​

Q: What is the cancellation policy for daily room rentals? If I have a scheduling conflict, can I swap one day for another?

​

A: We request at least 24 hours notice whenever possible for cancellations. We will swap times whenever the room is available.
